Something I always wished about rust was that armour wasn't just hazmats and full metal/road sign kits. So many clothing pieces just for most of them to be kinda useless or locked like the ninja suit. It's supposed to be this survival game where everyone could have super cool outfits but nah everyone just ends up looking the same if they know how to play. Props for giving us an excuse to at least use this budget kit.

My go-to is always a T-shirt, jacket, benie with bandana, and then just pants and boots with gloves from outpost. You can do all camo and actually blend in pretty well.

I've been saying this to my teammates for years. But I've come to love the wooden kilt, and when given opportunity, I'd go with diving suit and possibly jacket, which gives stealthy skin as well.

The key note is that npcs have damage reduction on the player by amount of clothing equipped, making armor sets like this better than hasmats for them.

For rust you should spend more on the gpu and ram and save on cpu with a ryzen 5 but not sure of prices in uk. You can always look at pre builds and buy the comps for them if cheaper or alter them to your liking.

@@Moowogma for CPU get 6 cores 12 threads minimum (if possible), gpu spend at least 300 but aim for a 6000 series amd or a solid 3000 rtx. for ram 16gb is fine, power supply aim for 7-800, buy new psu, any kind of ssd is 30x better than a hdd so get one - hope that helps

1.2k is a decent budget, I would recommend M.2 over your traditional SSD. Most modern motherboards support them. Definitely choose a Ryzen CPU over Intel. Much better bang for your buck. RTX 3060 graphics card would be a good choice. I always choose Corsair for power supply.
