My idea of stun locking with hammer is sneak status 3 with slugger 5 on a girros hammer. That's some simply satisfying hunts for locking em down

Gyro really does help and take hammer to another level. But that special is nowhere near as good as it is in main game

If you want to have fun, you should try using Diablos CB with OG 5 and Heroics 5. You use it on Urgent Quests with 30% HP. Proc OG then take block chip damage and the damage is insane! Aim for the head and you'll get knockouts for sure!

You can also swap the black diablos cb to girros cb for paralysis but lower raw

I’m new to the game. It’s almost impossible for me to get R6 Dev Jho Helm and R8 BD CB. But that Slugger 5/ Partbreaker 5 made me drool as CB main Edit: I’m doing Diablos CB, Odo Helm R6 for now. Focusing to get my Girros SnS to R8 and DCB to R8 as well. Probably the best CB build out there. Let out SAED like no tomorrow😂

This build feels so satisfying when i pull off partbreaks into KO back to back haha! I wouldnt suggest prioritizing getting the girros sns to r8. From my experience, better to invest in element when you unlock 7 star

@DimasRizky-gr3gl partbreaker skills shouldnt affect KOs. Slugger is the skill needed for KOs and you need to land AEDs on the head

Only once per hunt. The charge blade is too powerful, the monster dies b4 you get a 2nd KO haha

Black Dia CB is hard to grine n it’s seasonal, any other recommended ? Also seek yr advice, I’m a grade 7 level 5 db user , to up next level I need the plate fork 8 star monster m I can’t even handle 7 star: given there is not much hunters in my area, how can I proceed?

Yes black diablos is hard to farm sadly. Next best alternatives for this build is diablos cb or girros cb. Against 7-8 star monsters, i highly suggest building elemental sets for each element. It's the best way to get more damage early. Gonna take a while to build those sets but its gonna be worth it!

Same here buddy Rank 62 here. I’m doing the budget version currently rolling with Diablos CB. R7 5/5 Odo Helm. R6 Diablos Armor Pants Legs. R6 Rath Gloves. R6 Will probably go with Slugger 5 build once I get my weapons to G8 it will be easier to farm 5* Mats from 6/7* monsters

The other skills are locked and you need to upgrade the armor piece to grade 6

Best advice i can give you is try to upgrade your weapon. Focus on upgrading 1 weapon from easy to farm monsters like kulu jagras or girros. He rule of thumb is: to beat a monster monster, you need to have the same grade weapon as the number of stars it has. So against a 4 star monster you need a grade 4 weapon. Against a 5 star, you need a grade 5 weapon. Hope this helps!

Why not use Girros Hammer? You can break part, KO, and paralyze, then break a part again. 4 stun lock. In my experience, when I have 2 or 3 slugger skills, I can KO for the 2nd time in the last seconds of the battle. Try it!
