THE 'BEST' LIVER STEW!

Hello lovelies, in this week's video we are making 'Liver Stew' and this recipe is going to take you from a liver hater to a liver lover. It's easy, quick and delicious you'll enjoy it with your family!
Ingredients:
-1kg Cow Liver
For the marinade:
-1/2cup milk
-1tsp cumin powder
-1tsp coriander powder
-1/4tsp turmeric powder
-1 medium onion, chopped
-3 cloves crushed garlic
-1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
-2 blended tomatoes
-1tbsp tomato paste
-1tsp curry powder
-1 tsp salt
-chopped green chillies(optional)
--Oil

I tried your recipe tonight and it was sooo delicious! It tasted similar to what my Mom & Dad have made in the past. I doctored it up with some dried onion & garlic powder, but it didn't need it really---moreso, the dried onion. Thanks for the recipe!

In México we used to eat a lot "hígado encebollado"("onioned" liver) but Im going to try this recipe but with chicken or beef broth and couple more vegetables and of course spicy choped jalapeños and chiles serranos at least. 🥵🤤😋🙏

I once tried liver and onions. And while it tasted horrendously, it doesn't change that I got a lot of strength and energy from it. I have since then looked for a tastier option. This looks legit. I look forward to trying it.

Liver is still cheap. Ox liver, minced beef, and chicken thighs were staples in my house when our children were young and I was finishing my degree whilst building my career!
