It was an over the top experience with Champagne, Caviar, Lobster Tails, Prime Rib, Fillet Mignon... you name it, it was there... Incredibly difficult to get reservations for and only offered on Sundays. That was the Sterling Brunch at Bally's but alas, they are no more and gone with it is one of the most iconic luxurious indulgences in Vegas... that is, until now!
I'm happy to say the over the top luxurious buffet is back and is located just a bit off the strip at the M Resort located in Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood Restaurant. A beautiful space with great hosts and servers, and of course the great seafood and streaks buffet style! But only offered on Sundays and limited to a certain number of guests to ensure all their guests receive their high quality of service and attention. And what does a luxurious buffet offer? Immediately the mountain of buttery roasted lobster tails catches the eye! But turn slightly to the right, and there is a mountain of fresh crab and shrimp the size of your hand. Turn left, and there you'll see a meat station with the most tender prime rib and rack of lamb one has ever tasted. And next to these meaty goodness? A Beef Wellington is freshly carved and to reveal a perfect medium rare ... Gordon Ramsey would be proud.
It is nice to see Vegas running on all cylinders with the return of these grand buffets, and while not as large as the ones from the Wynn and Caesars, the quality and service is unbeatable. Just be warned, the buffet is busy and a reservation is needed well in advance!

My one buffet pet peeve is when they don’t keep up with the presentation and it gets messy - you don’t find that with the higher end buffets usually (Wynn, Anthony’s, Bachanal, etc.)

Tim, the lobster/crab omelet was a great idea. Also I love the idea of using a credit card concierge to line up a reservation and letting them find cancellations for you. I've probably seen this buffet reviewed about 6 or 7 times, and still looks yummier than the Bacchanal buffet for the quality of item (not just the variety).

We stayed a Ball's twice so remember how great the Sterling Brunch was before it shut down. This Sunday brunch looks just as good if not better. Thanks for being able to show it and taking one for the team by trying a little of everything. I may have gone straight to the lobsters, crab and shrimp and followed up with the meat, but glad to see you tried different item.

The sterling brunch was quite memorable and I recall it took a long time to get reservations… was it easier to make reservations when staying at Bally’s? There is quite a wait for reservations at this place too😯🙂

the sushi you didn't know looked like hamachi. Everything Edwin was carving up looked good and I guess it was, every thing you tried was better then the last...that looked like a lot of lobster but using some for the omelette was a great idea. I deffo would go for one or two of those pineapple desserts myself.

To be honest, I actually did make the trip to Vegas mainly for this buffet. It’s books so far in advance that once they had an opening/cancellation,, I had to book the flight. Luckily, it’s only about $100 to fly Vancouver to Vegas.😀

When the food jumps on your clothes- 😅 quickly wipe off the excess then rub an ice cube over the stain for several seconds. Then wipe again. The ice hardens the fibers so thr stain can't soak in - letting you wipe more of it away. Not perfect but I've had good luck with it! Love watching your vlog! ❤
