I made this today. I didn’t have Epis nor laughing cow cheese. I used Brie cheese since it was one of the few options left in the store. The dish still turned out good.

when you're putting the pan into the oven, do you cover it with aluminum foil?

yes you should so it doesn't burn quickly. when its almost done you remove to get that golden brown top!

I’m Flexitarian, instead of meat can I use (plant-based) ground Impossible? Or just leave any “meat” out?? 🇭🇹

Because it's more gooey when manually grated. When preshredded, there's flour added to it, which causes a less gooey effect.
