There are times when we have to say "sod it, right now i am the most important person in my life, even if just for today." I love your openness about your feelings even though sometimes you are more candid than we have any right to expect of you. Honey has so many benefits for humans that we really don't respect bees enough. We love your videos May and thank you for sharing your boat life with us. Have a good week and stay safe.

The problem with people is that they are ashamed of everything. When someone talks about the inner child in you, people call you too spiritual. They have long since put the connection with their self outside and obey the path of the mind and what the books have taught them. They have long since lost sight of a personal view of their real life. Until a moment occurs and the path is blocked. It is beautiful to see that you open the boundaries and make yourself heard and show a way that stress can indeed be overcome. As I know you now, I have more and more appreciation for you as a person. You are beautiful...

Hi May, a tip for filling up your stern greaser. Buy the small pots of the grease you are currently using and inside you should find a piece of plastic with a hole in the middle.Hold the barrel of the greaser in your left hand and put it over the hole using pressure to push down whilst turning the plunger anti clockwise and it should, if you have enough pressure to create a vacuum pull the grease into the greaser tube. Hope that helps. Martyn & Sharon No Phoebe

Wow. I was down in that neck of the woods only a few days ago.. one of the many stops on my journey to find my first floating home! It is definitely really lovely. Regarding your go-pro, just a query... Did you have full stabilization turned on? That towpath bike footage did look a little shakier than mine does. The only time I ever needed a gimbal for mine was when I was recording a macro video of a bumblebee on a plum tree at slow motion so you could see individual flaps of its wings! Take care.. and probably see you on the cut someday! Steve.

“There is peace and healing in knowing that our cuts aren't deeper than the calvary's nail-piercings, There is peace and healing when God's Grace reign in our sick souls and lay our pain and fears to rest. There is peace, healing and rebirth of our spirits in knowing that will no longer be Judged by our mistakes but by our hearts because "God has bestowed on us a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. We will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of His splendor". (Isaiah 61:3”) ― Njau Kihia 😌

Ha ha May no excuses for allowing yourself to get pressured workwise 28 hour a day and a very strong discipline not to as I sometime have the same problem and need a 8 day week. Sort of got around that as apart from eating and sleeping always allow yourself 2 hours a day of only you time when the pressure is on. A pint glass with a good slug of honey in the bottom, half filled with natural apple juice , topped with just over half again with natural yogurt mixed with a drink blender and topped with milk once every day starts my time, which seems to be some sort of brain signal.

Matthew 6:25-34 ESV [25] “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? [26] Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? [27] And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? [28] And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, [29] yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. [30] But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? [31] Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ [32] For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. [33] But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. [34] “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. bible.com/bible/59/mat.6.25-34.ESV
