It will boos them over time, though. I personally don't trust pills that distill something like this from their source. Not that I wouldn't use it if the situation calls for it; I do sometimes take vitamin supplements and I do take prescribed stuff, after all. But I think it's healthier to let the body extract the stuff as needed and let it build at its own pace. Keep your digestive system up to snuff and your body will take what it needs as it needs it.

Spinach contains a high amount of iron. The amount of spinach you would need to eat for a noticeable effect from this compound would put a dangerous amount of iron in your blood. I assume that's why this supplement exists, instead of just saying "eat more spinach." I hope this helped- Stay healthy!
