Cool images, but that do not reflect the SUPER HIGH AIR POLLUTION leves. Luxury at it's best trying to disguise it. Paris and Milán have the same issue. There are many studies linking air pollution to heavy health problems. Air pollution leves can be easily checked with many apps, and could help to inform on longer live quality perspectivas for your customers.

Other neighborhoods that as a local I would highly recommend are Coyoacán and San Ángel, both use to be towns outside Mexico City but then got absorbed by the urban spread, and yet, they were able to kept most of their charm intact. They are really incredible for nightlife and a cultural scene. If you want something more affordable in an urban middle class style, you have Del Valle, Nápoles, San Rafael and Narvarte, all with a similar vibe and beauty as Roma Norte yet more chill and considerably cheaper. Now if you want luxury but in more intimate and less touristy areas, you have San José insurgentes, Guadalupe Inn, Minerva, Tlacopac and of course Chimalistac, an absolutely beautiful hidden gem with some residences that can reach many millions of dollars, in this old and classic colonial Mexican style that I find so unique.

I lived in both Queretaro and Guanajuato for 8 years total. I very much like both places but prefer living in Queretaro because Guanajuato is a bit provincial and lacking in some basic things, so you have to drive to Leon -- a city I don't enjoy -- to find them. Queretaro has pretty much anything you'd need. On the other hand Guanajuato has a charm factor off the charts. It's magical.

Not fancy at all. However, enjoyed walking out of their apartment and Reforma is only a few steps away. Or buying pan dulce in one of the shops in the unidad. I got to know the city bc I went everywhere as tourist but mostly working for a relative doing errands during those 6 months I was there. For the affordable and middle to middle high class neighborhoods you can go south to Taxqueña metro station. Miguel Angel Q is an avenue with really nice neighborhoods, as is Miramontes, going straight south. The neighborhoods surrounding the National High School 5 are all very new, nice, and have large houses, and have easy access to Tlalpan avenue. Tlalpan avenue in itself leads into the historic center, and has a metro line. The neighborhoods there are also nice and affordable.

Ok so this guy's channel is called "nomad capitalist" not for the working or and working poor. It is for the middle and upper middle class from USA Canada Europe south Africa et al. These folks with some caah but don't like there current location because of the cost of living and all those people they don't like. The go to these types of KZbin channels to seek a better life on the cheap. Getting all there homies together to create hip bubbles of boutique life and they will start a charity for the poor and stray animals. But truth is these expats are doing what all humans have done for out entire human history. People move for various reasons, (and the don't all bring money) but they want something better and they will effect the local population in good and bad ways. I'm a permanent resident of Mexico. I've live in del Valle Norte for about 3 years. I'm 58, retired early and have a good pension. I am very very fortunate. I'm a white male, so to be clear, I've always had it better but it years to get it. it's not a fair world and rich people and light skinned people get treated better. Mexicans are are awesome kind and above all generally happier than gringos period. This is not a perfect city or country and it's full of contradictions. But in general I can say I'm happy to be able to live here to learn the language and the culture and I don't want be a part of social entitled anything but I have "friends.." of all wealth and backgrounds. If you choose to live in a bubble ya just will never experience the value of the diversity of humanity. CDMX, DF! chilango! no mamas guy, it's a fabulous city and every day is a gift. But certainly if you want the Roma hipster tourists thing it's there. But it's a huge city and as a former los Angelino I can say it just depends on what you want this city is cosmopolitan, international and chill. I feel very safe never had any issues. I was stabbed in LA/ Hollywood in a liquor store parking lot in 2001. I lived in Puerto Vallarta for less than a year, was not for me. But gringos live it. I like the size the energy the vibe and the ability to be anonymous in a huge city that for me is very affordable. But I am one of the fortunate and I know it.

Its between irresponsible and criminal for you to recommend Mexico City as a safe place or Polanco and Las lomas or La Condesa restaurants . Theres a reason for the 4 meter high barbed wired walls around those beautiful houses, and for the Fords with body guards driving behind those BmW’s. I’ve lived 60 years in an affluent neighborhood,we have lost family members and friends to kidnappings and muggings gone wrong. When I was young it was paradise then it became a branch of hell now its Satan’s headquarters. Seems you’ve never heard of those nice restaurants being raided by gangs and all customers robbed at gun point. But I guess you don’t care or feel responsible as long as you get lots of likes and subscriptions. No doubt the internet open the flood gates for all kinds of dunces.

I would also want a response to this comment, Mr Henderson cos I watch your channel from time to time. The overall impression I get from your vids is that going to the places is good but overlooking the bad sides.
