Hello hello my sweeties!
Today I am sharing one of my favorite recipes this season. So I hope you enjoy them.
These cookies are easy to adapt to different types of allergies and food preferences.

Ingredients for 10-12 cookies: I made each cookie with the measure of two tablespoons of 15 ml. but if you only use one , you will have twice as many cookies.
-Egg or a vegan egg
4 tablespoons of coconut oil or 6 tablespoons of butter
2-3 tablespoons of Monk fruit or any other sweetener you use regularly.
1 tsp vanilla
150 g of ground oats | about 14 tbsp approx
50 g ground almonds or more oats + 1 tsp baking powder or yeast
60-80 g of chocolate and coarsely chopped walnuts
*If necessary, add vegetable or cow's milk tablespoon by tablespoon until you get the texture of the dough.
Oven 12-15 min at 180ºC
Note:
Once cold you can keep them in a dry place for up to 1 week, although I don't think they last that long!
