Healthy Oatmeal Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats gluten free, if needed3 large ripened bananas 2 large organic eggs
1 organic Fuji apple
1/4 cup organic plain yogurt
1/2 cup pure honey
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup raw organic coconut oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tbsp yeast (optional if you have it)
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 cup dry cranberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a ( 6x12 ) loaf pan, put parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a high speed blender or food processor, add all your the ingredients and blend until a smooth batter remains.
3. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake the bread for 60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
4. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing.
5. Enjoy!
