This video is perfect timing for me ! I feel I hit a wall, between work work work, babysitting my twin grandsons and dealing with perimenopause symptoms.. I know so much but seriously cannot get my thoughts together and I can’t seem to get ahead if I’m always behind…. Every single food prep you did is right up our alley.. I’m excited to try it on Monday nite.. I would like to know please, where you got the salmon and green beans from? Ty again !
@CleanandDeliciousDaniАй бұрын
I'm glad this was helpful and good timing. I bought both the salmon and green beans at ShopRite. I take my Mom grocery shopping once per week and ShopRite is her go-to store, so I've been having fun finding new items myself.

@nanaslife7911 don’t suffer through peri menopause. Talk to you doctor about HRT (which is safe for most women and is the gold standard) or other options now available . That and a healthy lifestyle/ eating will do wonders for your scattered thoughts 😍

I prep a few times per week. I go on broccoli steaming, sweet potato baking benders. Store the sweets in the freezer and the broccoli in pyrex and all I have to do is throw it on a plate, spray it with olive oil and hit it with salt + pepper and it's lunch, along with three easy scrambled eggs. For breakfast I eat 453g Sheep Yogurt, which I lOVE. Also, two Brazil nuts and 22g of organic prunes. For snacks I eat 2-3T of organic raw pumpkin seeds and a few spoons of coconut butter that I just nuke and eat with a spoon. Dinner is another 453g of Sheep yogurt. Sometimes I will eat a can of salmon instead of the eggs. In general food is pretty expensive so I find that buying a bunch of different veggies ... well, they just don't get used. Your meals look delicious, but I eat what I eat and it keeps me healthy and happy. If I want something "sweet" I eat two squares from a Lindt 78% Chocolate bar and I smear them with almond butter.

I usually meal prep on the weekend too! I prefer to make sheet pan or slow cooker meals that serve at least 4. Since I'm only cooking for myself 4 servings is four meals for me. If I didn't meal prep at 90-95% of the time, I'd just grab the nearest and easier meal (often unhealty) on hand. I'm a picky eater so hard to find something I like that doesn't require a lot of time and chopping.

Hi Dani, I live in Adelaide - Australia. I am a little disappointed that we can't take advantage of your sponsored association with LMNT to make a purchase to receive the free sample pack. We would have to pay for delivery, if it was possible which is something I am not willing to pay for, as I feel it is a little disappointing that the US areas get delivery for free.

🤔 Hmm? For the energy balls... Instead of rolling into balls, could you pack the "dough" into a 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and cut into squares? (With chronic fatigue, just watching you roll all that dough into balls makes me tired.) 💕🌞🌵😷
