Me and my Austisic Son love the show! We watch it every night before bed,it's so calming and hilarious at the same time. It's helped us both so much because I have suffered from depression/anxiety for a long time now!! But it's the highlight of our day to watch the episodes, the Double Meatballs skit in season 1 is our favourite at the moment!!!😂😂😂❤❤

i know how you feel. they represent a human spirit that is endlessly golden. when i get really low i often just chain watch the whole series on a sunday. caught myself doing it one day and felt really dumb, like oh i'm so sad watching them and not being them. but then i felt kind of lucky just to see them and think about their nice times. it's like witnessing Winnie the Pooh and Piglet doing their thing. If the good times don't happen to us at least there is the grace and joy of loving other people and being happy for them. on other days i feel really golden in and of myself, and i just can't wait to go outdoors and botanize (i love native plants and fungi). hope life is being kinder to you. you might think this is a weird thing to say but using the I ching really helps me pow wow with myself. seems v kooky at first but just see if any of what it says to you aligns with thoughts that are useful to you. it's a 2000 year old book called the book of changes from China. it's not a guide to life or motivational speak and it's not fortune telling, it helps us find the kernel of our selves that feels lost and it just enables me to self reflect and value myself more than circumstances often allow. there are lots of online sites. I ching with clarity is a good one. all seems very befuddled and wordy and daft and lofty at first, but i promise you, give it time and it will help you frame how you see things and show you in time how much that has to do with how we feel. all the best to you

TV gem stone. BBC seriously lucked out. Turns out we all just need some more time to hang out and enjoy play time with good chums in our lives and everything feels 1000 times more manageable and golden. Does make me sad that so many folk don't have these things in their lives, but if you can't have something for yourself then there is the chance to be pleased for other people who are lucky enough to experience them. That sounds harsh but this acceptance doesn't have to have us on our knees comparing ourselves with other people. Thats how love works. The grace of acceptance vs the shame of feeling we're not doing well enough. We are conditioned all of our lives to feel we are not good enough. Fight that shitty feeling, my people. Your generosity and kindness and fondness for other people and their good times is your greatest gift and a wonderful skill. Going outdoors, and just seeing what i find, plants and fungi and animals is my bliss, and a few dear friends that make me laugh and challenge my perceptions. Sometimes i feel so low and can't see where life can move to that isn't more low, other times i love life so much i hope for another 50 lifetimes. If the fates don't allow we can still love things.
