Everyone's just lazy. Marth requires precision and effort for the tipper and lucina is just swing sword and land hit. Her attack power doesn't even come close to a good clean tipper on any attack i can think of.

Numerogaijin Gaijin They didn’t nerf him into the ground, but they made it so his tippers are less consistent so it’s more of “why play inconsistent Marth when you can play consistent Lucina”, it’s that nobody wants to put in the effort for Marth when Lucina is way more consistent and easier to pick up and use
