@@remon4731 My mother got this disease when i was 15 years old and lived 5 years with it, until 2016 when she died. You have no idea how this condition breaks people, the patient and the family, both physicaly and emotionaly. You just have to pause your life and help your loved one to do litteraly anything, to go to the toilets, cook, switch the music, use the tv remote, eat the food you made, ANYTHING. The guy is lucky to be rich, if he was a nobody, he could never have lived that long or have been that useful for humanity. The engine he is using is also something only rich people can afford. My mum was litteraly exhausted after two sentences. Now i get your point, Stephen Hawking is gold, but remember : this disease is HELL. If you don't truly love the person, you're leaving the house after the first hours. Also i became a "tough" guy after all that shit (my father wasn't even there for he died in 2004 before my mum got sick in 2010), but i'm telling you : i watched The Theory of Everything, and i litteraly had to pause the movie like four times and go smoke a cigarette or i would have started to cry like a bitch. And they could have made it even more realistic, but people watching the movie could have been shocked for life.

I don't think it's a matter of humility. I think he just accepted it as his voice. To the point where they had to emulate it after the old hardware that ran his voice synth ran out of stock. He certainly could have upgraded, but he chose not to, because it wasn't his voice.
