Rally drivers only drive the course a single time beforehand, and it's at normal road speeds so they can write pacenotes. When they're blasting through the stage, it's usually their first time doing so unless it's a repeat stage from previous years. Personally, my favorite scenes in Rally are when the drivers are going flat out. Mix in some powersliding and spectator cheers, and it's a great watch. They're a great compilation of exciting moments through all years of Rally, from the 80s to the past decade. The most popular in the series is "This is Rally 4", but I personally like the moments in "This is Rally 1" the best and I think you'll get more of a kick out of it too.
