He cut Veronica from season 3 only because she was confident in the audition 💀 chef Alvin told her to come back. If it weren't for chef Alvin istg the season would be boring because Veronica wouldn't be there. Chef Claudio just hates confident people. But other than that he's an amazing chef!

Like how "passionate" are you about cooking and food if you havent even bothered to learn how to cook what is probably one of the most popular fish to eat. Like huh? I would get if its season 1 and you didnt know about it, but this is like season 3 or 4, so you had good year or two to try and prepare for it, but couldnt be bothered to learn to cook salmon? Hell, im no chef, never will be, never gonna take part in any sort of cooking competion and i have learned how to cook salmon, and yet someone going into Masterchef who claims to be passionate about cooking, hasnt bothered to learn to cook one of the most popular fishes. 10 dollars and hour set aside, boom you have cooked amazing dish with salmon, but she couldnt be bothered to do that to prepare?
