On one hand, streaking with mystics is now limited on using 2 ungemmed mystics at a time for it to be effetiant (so gset streaking is impossible). On the other hand, nons have a much easier time playing this meaning the player count of pit will rise. Even though almost all of my mystics are gemmed or only good in a gset, I still prefer this update over how it was before.

You can still gset streak, you just will lose lives if you die on mega, literally have been killed by multiple gset users after this update. I was never in op shit and I don't streak in mid, generally takes me about 20 minutes to hit mega, I also never stash streaked. All this update did was make streaking worse for me, because now gset shitters won't just fuck off when they see me hit mega, they'll just continue going after me. I've been hunted more by gset users in the week this update came out, then the week before this came out. While I don't give a shit about being hunted as I didn't before, still would like to point that out. This update really wasn't great.

@@theeffortfighter No one would take like 10 mystics with them (especially gemmed) on a megastreak because it won't be worth it. Because of this, gset hunters have a huge advantage. I agree that limiting the ability to streak to such a degree was not a good idea on Minikloon's part.

17:39 it can trigger more than once, but it has a 20s cooldown (so in most cases, it WILL essentially be one-use) also, it is good now but perhaps not in the long-term, as it is bugged and will get patched the way it works now is very similar to first-strike, where you get speed (and more damage) from hitting anyone for the first time. And, once they die, that resets, and you can hit them again and still get speed. Basically, the way insurance works now is, when you die, insurance will proc as long as someone damaged you for the first time within the last 2s. As an example, you could be in a really long fight where you used two gheads already but you're now at three hearts. Then, a random player gets launched from spawn and lands right next you as this is happening - if that player hits you while you are at three hearts, and then the person you were originally fighting lands a killing hit, insurance will proc. If there was no 20s cooldown, this would make dropping into a busy mid with no armor make you pretty much invincible.

I’ve been searching for invincibility sets for like 6 months and if you view me (OctoCreeperBlue) you can see like all my pants are peroxide 1s (were glitched and gave regen 2.5). I lost basically all my networth in the update, my peroxide 1 boo boo 3s are just slightly better boo boo 3 plain now. My peroxide 1 mirrors are just mirrors with a bit of regeneration. I had a whole discord server for these sets (For donations and selling them) and now I have no more money to test new items. In a way, this pit update ruined my fun so I’m glad some people enjoy this. Edit: if anyone wants to fund my research, I have a bunch of untested ideas that are likely to work and if I get enough then I will start selling anti bop sets again for cheap. I’ll put discord server in this comment section.

It doesn't, it's not even comparable, in og days you had venom hoppers left and right and couldn't even dream of streaking in mystics. If you meant pre-mystics, people in p1 would just hog mid and you had almost no chance of killing them as a non or even in diamond (because they'd usually just team on you, and they didn't take much damage anyway), that and there wasn't much meaning to progression back then. Also hoppers were a big issue because there weren't mystics to counter them.

Yeah axe does a lot of damage, especially when I'm using soups in shop. Good fights though, I was more scared of the guy in bounty hunter than the guy with the axe. P.s. One last thing, Another idea would be to make promotion an upgradable perk, such that you unlock it at pres 12 like normal, then upgrade it to save lives on 1... 2... 3... mystic items. Its a good idea because it a) solves the problem of people using their whole e-chest, but also allows for people to use mystic items without repercussions again.

Lol the update is great accept 1 part I have been saving all my renown all my gold and I'm p12 so I was about to start repairing my mystics for the 1st time and streak with them using promotion I just got it and the next day they bring this update out... all my renown and 110k gold down the drain first I bought highlander this press then promotion and I was ready to start streaking why my mystics and repairing them without having to worry about lives when I'm on mega but now all my hard work is gone edit:Idk why I didn't but highlander till now ig I'm saving for the new version of grand finale
