The saddest part about trying to help out somebody is coming to the realization they can't be helped. Not everybody can be helped. Even if a person doesn't give up on someone. If they don't want to help, then let them fall. God bless you!

I always find it helps if you chop the onion in half first and peel the skin, then wrap it in plastic and leave it in the fridge for about 10-15 mins before cutting it. It seems to help contain the juices when you cut into it. Then you don't tear up as much. Or even stand back a far as you can from the board so that your eyes don't get direct contact with the oniion spray. We always leave the other half in the fridge for later

Hi Janice, there's a new Filipino food place. A Cebuano in particular. JAS Kan-anan is the name. It is located in 4/20 George Street, Hornsby NSW 2077. They are doing a pre-opening Barrio Fiesta Sunday, 25-Sept. I really hope to see you there! I'm a Filipino. And I'm going to Sydney this week.

Excellent attempt at Binagoongan. Personally I like to make Lechon Kawali out of the pork which I then add to the sauce to give it a nice texture contrast. So you have the soft eggplant, and the crunchy pork. 👌

I enjoy your videos but am annoyed when you don't say exactly where you are. You titled the Filipino in Marrackville, but not Dodee Paidang. I tried subtitles of where you where, it came us as "Dirty Piper". I was only able to find out where it was from the Do Dee on the menu shot. On the menu shot can you hold the camera horizontal to the menu, not at an angle, you can only discifer half the menu. You showed the Lazza menu, on an angle, turning the page. With the turning and the glare from the plastic I could not read it.
