Hello, Thank you for your content. Very informative. I'm from St. Louis Missouri, but moved to Dallas, Texas. My final destination is Miami Florida. If you all can explain what is the protocol for hurricanes, flooding? I want to move in a nice area but I'm worried about flooding. Is there a part were you're actually safe and dont have to leave during hurricane season?

@@beyondthebeach_ the fact that it's walkable, it's less chaos than Wynwood and Brickell but borders both, very convenient and is 15 minutes or less from most things relevant in Miami (beach, brickell, airport, wynwood, downtown, coral gables, Edgewater, etc.)

hi you guys, nice beginner video, you need a light meter or learn what fill lighting is when you try to interview someone in the shade with a bright background; example @2:29 the people are too dark and your camera is reading the background, the foreground is underexposed in alot of your shots. otherwise good work, Paul
