I made this and it’s really good but I think I didn’t make my flour paste or roux thick enough in the beginning. Secondly, I’d back off the Boursin garlic and herbs. I’d maybe do half of what it asks, taste, then add more. It’s definitely not bad but I could use a little less personally. GREAT SOUP!

Made this tonight and it’s amazing!! The only things I did different was omit the A seasoning (I don’t have it) and added some garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper instead and omitted the chili powder. Turned out so good!! Highly recommend.

Made this tonight. Store didn't have the garlic and herb cheese but did have the chive and scallops. Very good flavor booster. I added to the bowl ad the kids didn't want it in theirs. Soup was bussin! Thank you for another great recipe! Tidewater area got some good cooks!
