Mr. Make it happen, that does look delicious, I make this soup every winter for my family, but I add just a few more flavors, 1 tsp. of dry mustard and a pinch of nutmeg and cayenne pepper. my family goes crazy for this soup!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this today. Subbed a tsp of Knorr's tomato w/chicken powder for the BTB veg because I didn't have it and it worked just fine. I used the whole onion, too -- not just half. Otherwise followed the recipe, which I almost never do. This was So! Darn! Good! I tasted before adding the cheese and decided it was good as a cream of broccoli soup and didn't even add the cheese. So easy and so delicious, and thank you so much.

I watched your video, went to the store for the ingredients and MADE IT HAPPEN. SO DELICIOUS. I took your advice and left the broccoli florets whole for a more hearty soup. So glad to see you use better than boullion as well, it adds so much flavor. From now on instead of whole milk I’m using half and half..who knew.
