I made this for Sunday dinner with salad and yeast rolls! I followed your recipe with small tweaks and it was a hit!!!!!!! It ate like a loaded baked potato with moderate chunks of potato. Not much conversation was going on during dinner, they were grubbing!!! Lol!!My hubby went back for seconds!!! Thanks for this great recipe!!!!
