1)Dry fruits saoked overnight like 4 almonds / 2 almonds +2 walnuts/ 4 cashews nuts/or 25 peanuts all soaked overnight and eat in morning. 2)Seeds like roasted Pumpkin seeds / roasted Flax seeds/roasted Sesame seeds.1 to 2 tsp.. throughout the day whenever You feel You can have a spoonful of eoasted seeds 3)All Lentils and pulses except for Rajma / red kidney beans and Chola these two are not for people having kidney problems 4)Tofu / Paneer 5) 3)

Madam , aap kegel exercise che ck kariye Google ya KZbin par . Daily Bridge exercise bhi kariye, Squat , wall sit . Ye sab regularly kijiye taki lower body and buttock strong ho jaye . Regularly without miss karna hoga nahi toh results nahi ayega . Please be consistent .

nuts, dal, rajma, chana are good but can't be main source of protein as their carbohydrates content is too much... this is good skinny people.... but not for overweight people....

Most seeds and nuts have a high amount of phytic acid. Soaking them breaks it down and improves their usage

@@silvercloud5087 i eat just three almonds a day with 10 ground nuts..so i dont think it is much..i dont worry about phytic acid as i chew the nuts to such an extent that they are in paste form when they go down my throat
