No,no,no. THE BEST is a BUFFALO Beef on Weck! Everything else does not compare. No lettuce, no onion,no mayo. Only fresh ground hot horseradish. The Weck roll is critical also. Kosher salt and caraway seeds. Then the sliced thin slow cooked beef piled high. When in Buffalo it is a must have. Everything else is a knock off. But, yours looked good. 🤣 (Challenge) lol. You guys looked like you had a blast on the lake though. That was a fun field trip for us to see. Who cooks on a iced over lake? The griddle guys! 😁 That was style. Tfs.

HI Bob! A subscriber who is not far from us said the same thing,,, and your both right. The only difference I can think of is.,,, The lake we were on gets drained down for the winter so it can act as a flood control in the spring when the rain and snow melt comes. Hey guys, dumb question. How do you know if the ice is thick enough to go out on?
@TheGriddleGuys4 жыл бұрын
Hi Bryan, First we gently walk out on it to see how much it cracks (slowly). It doesn't take much ice to support just a person. We then drill a hole using an ice auger and reach down into the water to feel where the bottom of the ice is. This lets us know how thick it is. if you go online there are plenty of charts that list the thickness of ice and howmuch weight it can suppport. Or,,,, you just wait for someone else go go on it with thier machine first,,, then see what happens LOL😜 Thanks for sub'ing and for commenting! Cook on! -N
