Hey bud, it was nice meeting you the other day at the park (I was sweeping tees) Just want to thank you for taking time out of your round for a nice conversation. Keep doing you brother

Hey Jason, thanks for commenting on the channel! It was also a pleasure meeting you the other day. Nice to meet hardworking humble individuals like yourself, who just do it for the love of the game ❤️ I’m sure I’ll see you around again soon, and hopefully get a round in together 👍

I need to go to a field to practice rollers with this disc. I just have a lot of fun throwing very steep hyzer flips and watching it turn over.
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
Yes, please do! Most fun we’ve had throwing a disc in years 👍

Alright... you convinced me to give it a try. :D Good stuff!

It’s just so much fun to throw. Let me know what you think 👍

Love the Rollo but angle it hits the ground is a learning experience. I keep throwing it and keep rolling it past my actual drive when the conditions are right. We’ve had a ton of rain this year and a lot of thick long grass around here. But after a fresh mow and as fall approaches I’m excited. Makes me want to try with a little less understable disc as I get the hang of it. Never ever used a roller until I got my Rollo. It’s been the most fun shot I’ve developed the hyzer flip. Didn’t know rollers would be so much fun. Plus a great utility disc for uphill hyzer flips and some FH flicks.

Glad you are enjoying it and that’s it’s been opening up new exciting and shot types! Keep it up and good luck trying rollers with other discs 👍

The rollo is really fun for learning rollers, but I picked up a discmania function and I think it’s a lot better for laying down functional rollers, plus it’s a lot more usable at low speeds since it’s a fairway driver and has quite a bit of low speeds since stability.

I think that’s the 1st time I’ve heard you giddy over a disc? It is a blast and absolutely think it’s the most fun disc to throw. And I’m more like your dad’s age so I can appreciate the easy flip and roll.
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
For sure! Most fun disc we’ve ever reviewed, aside from the Berg. It’s an amazing disc that everyone should own 😎

I have both the rollo and the paradox, I'm a little more inclined to throw the paradox for my roller shots.
@JustDisc25 күн бұрын
Absolutely! Not the first time we’ve heard this. Honestly, the Rollo is just a great disc for rollers right out of the box, but if you have one that works better, don’t bother with it 👍

I love Rollo. I have a lightweight star, 180g star, and 180g Halo. they all do different things but one thing they all do is roll FAR. I hope you try different weights and plastic :) one bad thing about Rollo is it tends to get affected by wind
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
Thanks for sharing and letting us know! 👍 And yes, if it’s too windy, it will struggle, but so will other discs. Personally I like max weight for this speed to give the most control 😎

Interesting disc. You need some bright orange 50 ft markers out there! Love your videos man.
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
Yeah we should have added distance markers. Next time we’ll keep that in mind! And thanks Collin, we love making them just as you like watching them. Thanks for watching as always ❤️

I volunteer for an organization where I take new people disc golfing weekly. Do you think the rollo would be good for beginners. I currently give them PA-5s, uplinks, and craves
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
Did you video to check out the conclusion? Yes, it’s excellent for beginners! 👍

Have you compared it to the Paradox? The flight numbers are pretty similar, and the rim looks similar as far as I can tell.

When people say a disc is fun to throw, I didn't understand what that meant until I threw the Rollo.
@JustDisc4 ай бұрын
Exactly! It’s just fun to throw, and isn’t that what we want most out of disc golf?! Do you have a Rollo already then?

@@JustDisc I tried it out at my local DG shop but don't own it. Really want one though.

I'll see your Rollo and raise you a Tesla... Ok so a Tesla doesn't 'Turn Over'... But lets see how predictable that Turnover shot is... Now my Tesla, thrown forehand overhead at 20-30 degrees (1pm for righthanders) and at the ground about 10-40 ft... Goes about 280ft near dead straight in nil or tail wind... But it's better than that... less angle and it turns left... more and it turns right... I've got a Star Light Boss and a Diamond that go roller if thrown hard and flat... but I don't think I could get the same result 1 in 3 throws.. Yet I'll get the same result from my Tesla 3 of 4 throws.

Oh and a side note.. I can nearly drop that disc on the ground in front of me at about 5mph and it will roll for about 50 ft in the right conditions... and I don't have to heave my body over to get it to go there or further... in fact the overhead roller is probably the easiest throw and at the same speed as a putter can bend round corners, go straight, or go miles down hill... (ok maybe not miles.. I haven't got a hill that long that's all grass... but the rest I do at least once a game... I'm even trying to drive off every tee with a Tesla Roller at some time... and missed the pin on my local (Berhampore Wellington NZ #1) by less than 1ft, down a 40ft slope, across a small gulley up the 30ft other side... Ok so it rolled just past the pin, turned down the ridge... rolled to the bottom... and disappeared for 2 rounds till I finished and finally found it... But I have Birdied a couple of others (#2, 300ft down hill and across uneven ground and a drain, & #3 parked 280ft away round a tree 20ft back from the basket) My Tesla is my Swiss Army Knife
