And every dish has onions, the first ingredient put into the pot to cook is onions, which is very different from our country! Although I dare not eat camel, that camel rice looks the most delicious! Maqluba in Iraq, we put cauliflower and carrots next to the eggplant and potatoes, cook it like dolma, all with rice in one pot to take in some flavors, then turn it over to eat. Unlike Maqluba in Saudi Arabia, each item is cooked separately. Very generous people, I love Hail, and the place is beautiful and clean. Thank you, David.
