RECIPE Ingredients
500g or 1lb of Minced meat (I used Beef)
2 cups of beef stock or water
2 stock cubes of stock powder if not using liquid stock
any frozen or fresh vegetables you have handy.
garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Gravy mix to thicken.
I used my Russel Hobbs Pressure cooker today but you could do this in a slow cooker or on the stove top.
