Today I saw this ladys post on pealing garlic and thought you might like to see how she does it, after I watched your vid the other day. Her name is Nancy Birtwhistle, she has a simple trick to peel garlic cloves.

What is the dilution rate of your powdered milk? I'm in South Africa - I followed your recipe - 3 cups powdered milk (750ml) and it came out like thick grainy porridge. Put in the fridge and I can hardly even shove a metal spoon into it once cold. Something seriously wrong with the quantities

I break the bulbs into cloves, then double bag them and put them in the freezer overnight. They keep there until I get about half a cup - easy to peel- and I keep them in a screw top jar in the fridge and they keep there for weeks.

This is brilliant and inspiring! Way too many of us spend WAY more than we need to at the supermarket. Thank you!!

There must be an issue with the Pro model or the particular series you got. I've had my InstaPot for many years and got rid of my slow cookers. I have baked my best cheesecake and banana bread in it, it makes the best quinoa and rice, yogurt, stew etc etc. My absolute favourite thing to make is stock - 2 1/2 hrs and you would swear it had been simmering for days. I would keep it just for that.

That pie looks amazing!! And the lemon pepper looks great as well. When you make these spice mixes, sauces, condiments etc could you give several examples of how you use it for those of us with no imagination please😁

I notice in Texas they always cook their green beans longer than we do in NZ. Over there they are always very soft and do not "squeek" like they are here

Wouldn't it be better to make the ghee in the oven?

Iif you do the boil method then place them on a tea towel and rubbed together the skins come off quicker and easier. I do kilos and kilos of garlic. Dehydrate outside and have them to rehydrate or powder.

Hi Stacey, you have a wonderful thing going on here. I have been canning/bottling for the last 5 years and I am self taught ie via google and such. I do not have any canning jars just reused jars. As long as they are in good condition it goes. I am going to try your bread and buns shortly. I love love what you have been sharing. Thanks and keep it up. Ursula South Islander Chch. Ursula

This morning I made your No Egg Mayonnaise. I didn’t have milk so used milk powder, didn’t have real lemon juice so used bottled. I also added dill. I love dill too. It came out perfectly. Thank you Stacey once again.

Do you test that the sausage is fully cooked? They look beautiful but worry about the sausage.
