I will only go for Ishtar in January to finish my Rin face collection and for at least NP2 Arcueid (target is NP3) and I might try for Lady Avalon and summer skadi depending on how the Arcueid rolls go. 2025 will be brutal. I want to get at least NP2 Nitocris (Alter), NP2 Draco, NP2 Summer Castoria, NP1 Tonelico/Aesc, NP1 Kenshin and depending on how the Nitocris and Draco rolls go I might try for a token copy (NP1) Tiamat and maybe Kulkulan during her second banner which she get's like sometime around the release of OC1.

I'll be fine with just NP1 Arcueid, I shouldn't have to get so many copies of her, with the risk of having to pity to do it, in order to make her do better. Gacha game or not, if I have to go through all that trouble for NP and coins, just to make her work, then that's a failure of the game. With that said, I'm still rolling for at least one copy of Arcueid. Her NP2 and up dont exist as far as I'm concerned.

Year hasn't been bad to me for a f2p. Castoria Melusine (np2) Percival (np9💀) Koyanskaya Oberon Spishtar (np2) Plus 2? Ssr spooks and a ton of 4 star spooks. Keep in mind it was my first year so got alot of beginner quartz

Honestly for me this year looks pretty lean. But that's fine. 2025 looks absolutely insane so I can use the year of rest. This past year got me a near maxed out NP5 Melusine and she'll handle almost everything I need for the next year anyways. 2023 was beyond amazing. Melusine, Morgan, Vitch, Oberon, I even lucked into some characters I missed before like Da Vinci and Beni. I might roll a bit during summer. Maybe try a little to get OG Melt to NP3. But besides that I'm good. If I'm going to get high NP levels on characters like Summer Melusine, Summer Castoria, Draco, Summer Kuro, etc, then now is the time to prep for that.

Even tho I'm not a fan of Summer versions I definitely want Skadi Ruler and Okita Alter Saber. Ibuki Berserker is too much summery for me tho, so I'll pass, Arcueid if it's pay to win I'm not interested, and Lady Avalon is nice and all but not that much better than Merlin to justify spending SQ on her imo. I want Taira this new year, Vritra on Valentine's or Christmas rerun, probably a third copy of Morgan in April or November to get her to lv120, if I'm really lucky I would try to get Douman on Summer and if by December I got anything left... then there's an Umu banner with Nero Bride and the 4*. I also like Kriemhildr but I don't pull for 4* if I'm not going also for the 5*. 4* don't have pity at all so I'll grab her on a SR ticket that has her.

My veteran f2p developed account wants by date: +1 LArtoria (so my current copy is more useable) +1-2 Europa (so I have aoe Buster rider to Koyanskaya setup), +1 Bazzett (for novelty in playing) +1-2 Morgan (Cause I skipped her first banner and then forgor of her 2nd while having sq) +1-? Arcueid (Played Tsukihime!) +1 Lady Avalon (Merlin evaded me through all those years) +1 Summer Skadi (Skadi evaded me through all those years) +1-2 SR Nero (to finish my grailed unit) +1 SSR Nero Bride (to have her at more reliable NP2), Good news not all of those are of the same priority and I have over 1.400 sq right now. Bad news - that's a lot of 5*...

the issue with arcueid is that, she's not fp2 friendly at all. if you plan on going for lower np arcueid, keep in mind, you would also need to go for at least 1 copy of summer ibuki to make arcueid work well, since arcueid's battery is a 7t cd, so her damage is pretty laughable on wave 3 (yes, even with lv100 BG) without someone with targetable cd reduction to allow plug suit over atlas

The exceptional servant for 2024 is Summer Skadi and Summer Ibuki. Summer Ibuki renders every other AOE arts servant irrelevant and Summer Skadi is simply the better version of the original Skadi and having both Summer Skadi and Skadi will help Quick Servant immensely in the long run. After that are great servants, which I'd give to Kriemheld, Lady Avalon, and maybe Bazett. Kriemhild being a berserker with a 50% NP charge already makes her bonkers, but on top of that, she gets an anti-chaotic alignment servant just makes her an incredibly good option to have around. Lady Avalon is the arts version of Merlin, so you can't go wrong having her around. Bazett's Alter Ego Class and anti-caster damage amp make her a better caster killer than riders, and thanks to her unique ability to use up to 3 AOE NP on one target, she is pretty strong. Her only downside is that getting her NP to work can be quite tough in CQ situations since you need to watch out for a lot of things, be it getting randomly one-tapped, or getting cc, and most of all, the rng of enemy using skills. Most of the remaining servants are just good. They aren't particularly powerful but pull on them if you like them. Some notable one are mentioned below. Charlemagne is a really good quick AOE servant given that his np gen is ridiculously high for a quick servant. His damage output is on the lower end though. The lucky thing is that he share a banner with Kriemhild, so you might get spooked by him multiple time whilst pulling for Kriemhild copies. Arceuid, despite being the most hype servant ever, is pretty barebones. She has the easiest looping setup, but because of her Moon Cancer class, she hits like a wet noodle unless you are hitting a berserker or a chaotic servant with high NP investment. Her power mod against chaotic servant scale with NP level so the higher NP she is, the more you get out of it. She is the literal incarnation of pay-to-win. Koyan of Dark is pretty strong, having strong self-buff and anti earth traits. Unfortunately, she got Kuku'd. Rikyu is the quick version of Morgan, so she is strong, though she suffers from being able to loop not as efficiently due to being quick. 2024 don't really have must pulls like Oberon and Koyanskaya from this year, and the only one I might consider to be a must pull would be Summer Skadi simply because you can live without needing Summer Ibuki since you'll always have more options in regards to AOE arts servants, but Summer Skadi gave Quick the amp they've been desperately needing. Just aim for who you really like if you already have all the "mandatory" support like Castoria, KoyanLight, Oberon, and Skadi/Summer. If you don't have one of those 4, then you should probably save for them then, they pretty much make or break the game.

Summer Skadi is not just better Skadi. Summer Ibuki does not make others irrelevant. Many ppl have grailed high NP arts farmers. The investment makes Ibuki not worth because the Ibuki would take at least MONTHS and 1000+ SQ to make equal to already developed arts farmers on accounts.

She was good when it was pratically the only option for plugless 5-slot. Buster loop is also way worse then arts in general, it is just that you get to use it in some of the harder nodes for better damage.

I have the afortmentioned at np3, np1 and np1 and so i'm plenty good on that front (and any veteran players should have at this point at LEAST one of those three invested in). I would rather aim at more copies of busashi and skama then going for YET ANOTHER new arts looper even if she is slightly better (moreover being sandwiched between avalon and skadi)

I need to relieve... Back in the day I ran on the Morgan banner at the risk of not having saint quarks for Koyanskaya and, later, Oberon (and I almost ran out of it, if it weren't for Cartoria who gave me 30 sq for leveling her up at the last minute, literally the last day of the Oberon banner with half an hour left until the reset). I spent +400 sq and didn't get it. That caused me trauma, spending so much and not getting a single copy. Personally, I won't roll on a Morgan banner again, if I get her on a GSSR while rolling for another servant, fine, otherwise I won't roll for her ever. Although I know she is an excellent servant. But now, in the Melusine banner, I had just over 250 sq and I got her NP2, Percival NP6 and Lancelot NP4. It's surreal 🙂 about this game. That satisfaction of receiving a reward for your effort is not felt in this game.

For real. Worst summoning rates I've ever seen on a gacha game. Dokkan gives u a gssr every multi, bleach brave souls gives u a multi every 5th multi but not FGO gotta do 330 summons for a gssr?!! That's ridiculous. Just went 180 on Mel's banner for shit but 2 Percival, an Astolfo, and a lot of c.e.s. that'd ridiculous when ur F2p

Cheer up! I do plan all rolling year ahead, and this year by being disciplined I forgor and missed 2nd Morgan banner :D' My friend still laugh at me for having 1.600 free sq and no Morgan after hitting all others "must haves" of that period x]

Also about no satisfaction of the game. If you go longer period of time without rolling (3-4+ months) at least I can't get myself to care. So it takes rolling few hundreds Sq to even start getting excited about risk of not getting unit you was saving for. Sometimes after planning rolling afternoon (it can take few hours to roll bigger amount of quartz without skipping) you dissapoint yourself because you just rolled unit within 15 minutes... Which means that your dopamine hit didn't last long

I'm a rando, but hear me out. It's another case of Spishtar vs. Summer Kama. They both do the same thing and they need the exact same supports, the only difference is an amount of damage that REALLY doesn't matter at the same NP levels. Unless you got a thing for thicc dragon girls Jack-o posing, you won't be missing out at all.
