All of those stats other than the set piece stat are random and hence are different in every save.

Not always. Some staff has set CA and PA, same as players. Some will always start at 160 CA and the numbers will be shared across

Like i said those example you gave, only stat that was the same was the set piece stat, other than that the stats were competely different/random on my save and there for not good for a set piece coach. Only one that was good was Gianni Vio, but i already got him. And he decided to retire after one season😂! Thats why the video aint too helpful, at least for me. But that aint your fault, just sayin what might be a good coach in your save it might not be on others.@@TheManagersSeat

100% - you’ll possibly have to up the wages a little but they’ll happily come

Good question, I’ve not touched console. There’s usually a few slights differences

The assistant manager takes care of the set pieces, so you’ll need an assistant with high set piece stats

Right. Assistant manager takes care of weekly training and set pieces. Pc version improved set pieces dramatically, but unfortunately console versions are a big step back: even if you want to take care of set pieces personally, just some preset options (and pretty much useless, just where you want to send the ball, and zone/individual defense) are available.
