This coach is the best you’ve featured thus far. Very patient, demonstrating, and explaining everything. All those small details like really using lats on pushing movements could be overlooked, but she’s addressing them knowing it will produce even better results.

Something about your guys interactions is so, enthralling. It’s like a perfect metaphor of teacher and student. Your energy’s complement each other so well. As well as so educational even for men. I took away some great advice for my shoulder health. The way you guys go about it I never have to worry if this advice is genuine. Many male influencers give really subjective advice even when they’re with trainers. Especially for a all natty physique. So Thank you Taylor for being such a positive force! The worlds a better with you in it.

I can't tell you how many times one of your videos has gotten me off the couch and into the gym. I really enjoy the variety of video subject matter and style that you inject. It keeps everything fresh.These instructional videos that you do with Sil are probably my favorite, though. You two make a great team. Keep up the amazing work.👊💪

I like how you voiced what you’re NOT feeling as well as you question how other people have demonstrated these exercises. I too can’t isolate my rear delta when I do flys. I also can’t feel my lats when doing dumbbell lat rows.

Great video. Loved this coach and your interactions. So much attention to detail is perfect. Can I ask if you always do your front raises with thumb up rather than back of hand up forearm orientation?
@littletfitness3 ай бұрын
I usually do it with my thumbs wrapped but have changed to not wrapping my thumbs. I also prefer neutral grip (hammer grip) bcus its easier on my shoulder

Is that Will in the background at 14:23? It is amazing that the fitness influencers commonly used the same gyms for recordings. This was a great video, love to see these exercises broken down to get that mind-muscle connection.

The queues in here are really something that has me thinking and I look forward to using those on today's shoulder day. I think the bar is a better tool than the ropes for the triceps if you want to have a challenge without being limited by gripping a rope. I think Jeff Nippard did a good series on triceps that highlights the advantages. I told my son the same queues though so that was good to watch
I love this trainer. Is it possible for next time to write in the description the exercises you did? Thank you! 😊

For a very long time I had the same issue when training rear delts. I couldnt feel it I never connected with the muscle so tended to disregard it. But a few months ago I saw a video from Jeff Nippard that changed everything. In his video is advice was to do rear delt flys but with ankle straps around the wrist/forearm. Ever since I started doing that I no longer have the issue of it being a ghost muscle. May be worth a try. Honestly Ankle straps are goated for upper body workouts. Especially for incline chest flys and lateral raises
