This show is pretty down to earth which is what I love about Andrew too. If it was something like "$1 PAN VS $100 PAN???" Then yeah, I'd get it.

I grew up in Culiacan and I've always said that Sinaloa has some of the best eating in Mexico, excellent produce mixed with relatively simple recipes that pull the best flavors from it. Keep it up Rick!

It’s not really raw-depending on how you make it- the acidity of the lime cooks it in 15 minutes- which were my family is from, Jalisco, we make it that way.
