No matter what kind of hair comb I use they don’t stay in, even with this method. I haven’t tried super glue yet though.

Well, this is useless information for truly thick, curly haired girls. Her hair is not thick or curly (not to mention that it IS short meaning less weight) and for those of us that DO HAVE thick, curly hair-we know that that comb is going to loosen and fall out in minutes if not seconds. It will not stay! How does this hair stylist not know this!!!???

NO LUCK FOR ME EITHER...THEY SLIDE OUT. .. BUT !!!! I tried a different way . I went backward like you showed AND Lifted some hair up AWAY from the scalp and then went fwd with the comb. . ...I FEEL LIKE ITS LIKE A BOBBY PIN, CANT PUT A LOT OF HAIR IN.. especially if it's thick.

So you have to pay attention to, that the side comb is always in the opposite direction of hair growth, it should be inscribed in the direction of the driver and combed into the hairstyle, and then gives strong hold so, that it does not loosen from the hair.
