My opinion and my experience with mental health and depression is that it is a complicated thing. Nobody can really help you with it in a literal meaning of the word. I consider it a similar problem to obesity, nobody can make you lose weight, no doctor nor nutritionist can give you a pill or some form of treatment, because to really lose weight you need to alter your behavior and nobody can do that for you, unless they tie you to a chair and mouth feed you a healthy amount of quality food, then force you with a whip to do exercise. I have the idea It is scientifically understood that, for the most part, mental health is a function of the health of your social relationships, because the one thing that highly determines your emotions are your interactions with other people and your relationship with them. Motivation is arguably the most critical emotion that defines how well a human being succeeds in life, and that too is a very strong function of how you fare socially. The problem is no one really chooses their social environment where they are born, it is luck. In my case I have autism, which makes it really hard to function socially and feel connected to other people, I just run from them as much as I can. I suspect if the so called "therapy " ever helps anyone is because it provides them some kind of positive social interaction with the psychologist, which sort of waters the garden a little bit where maybe a flower of motivation will grow. In my case I have been through quite a few therapists and because my brain is different and I think and feel differently, my interactions with them are always awkward and they all fail to make me feel connected and understood, I tell them how I see the world and its problems and soon it becomes obvious that they would rather not have me as a patient, eventually I realize I am just a painful chore to them and I end the service. Obviously one of the problems in the world today is that everything is for the sake of money (which is the machine of subordination that humanity seems to love), whatever problem exists will be seen as a means to take advantage of it, not only that but the only way to address it will have to result in positive economic gain, otherwise it will not be addressed. We need a world where people can do good things without having to worry about making money from it. Not saying we should do away with money and trade, but life shouldn't depend on those things, that's what I'm thinking.

Having never used it, my opinion is just what it is having worked in mental health. Access to mental health can take up to months at a time, they have sponsors from Dr. John Delony who is also on youtube and personally I trust him with his choice of sponsors. It's not great but it's better than nothing, and a lot of the time, it's nothing because of huge wait lines

It’s what made me run Nolvus v4 with a 2060 super back then! Lower than that gave me crashes. 40GB of page file gave me smooth gameplay. Crashes are rare

I just installed Eldergleam but I have so many questions. I really liked the animated carriages and boats but they weren't included? How come? Its the Leviathan walking animation by Verolevi. They have amazing animations for pretty much all armors and weapons, with an addon called CATA that plays specific animations depending on which armor you're using

No good. It makes you go insane because of the types of users who have extremely low standards for installing mods. Completely frivolously. And the standard has nothing to do with the quality of the mod. It can be extremely good quality and well made. The standard is based on worth to install. Yes characters talking over subtitles can be annoying. So does that mean it is worth it to install a mod to improve? No it is not. Somebody with high standards treats the game as vanilla as possible. Somebody with low standards installs every qol mod they see just because it improves the game. Yes it is true if the developer implemented a great mod into the game, I would be happy for the improvement. But that does not mean I'm going to install a mod just because I prefer the improvement a bit. I only install mods that are necessary for fixing bugs. A few that update graphics without major change. And one single qol for the menu system. Only because the default is severely extremely that horrible that it might as well be a game breaking glitch. The only other mod I would install is changing repetitive voice acting because it actually made the game unplayable for me for years. And I have to try extremely hard to ignore it in order to play.

You do not need any of these mods. You only need a bare minimum mods to that are made to fix bugs. So no these are not the best mods. And you should only be using mods with perspective of playing vanilla. Which means playing as vanilla as possible with only what is necessary. If there's not actual real need for it, then don't add it. Like others have mentioned there's mods for glitches and mods for improving graphics. Even the default UI is used by most even though it's bad.

There are loads and loads of mods that would be an improvement of the game if it was implemented by devs. But that does not mean to install it as mods. If there's good mods that improve the quality of life or fix problems like NPCs interrupting conversations, then send feedback to devs to look at them and do a free modern version update for Skyreim SE with all improvements build into vanilla.
