The BEST Smoked Ribs *QUICK* | 🔥 Green Mountain Davey Crockett Pellet Smoker (3.5 - 4 hours)

If you can't tell we like meat here in this house! These are the best smoked ribs quick on the Davy Crockett GMG.
Quick is all relative I guess right, if I was going to smoke these outright it would take a little over 6 hours but we can get these done in just under 4, that's quick right.
This is a dry rib, just a quick seasoning with some Adams and off to the pit they go for a little fun time with Davy Crockett.
Sorry I didn't show you any of the aftermath but the Nephews and Brother were over and we were getting HANGRY or maybe it was just me!

What were the times and temps?

First 2.5 hrs 250°F spritz with 50/50 apple juice/apple cider vinegar every 30 min or so Second 1.5 hrs 250°F wrap in foil and add a little apple juice in the package to add steam Third 10-20 minutes 250°F unwrap and cook to set the outside a little (optional baste with sauce)
