Yum. Very sophisticated recipe. As the chief pierogi maker in my family, this is a good idea for our Wigilia/ Christmas celebration as we don't eat meat on that day, but fish is plenty! I love your bright smile and kindness. I just bought your book, too! (long time watcher of your gorgeous cake making as well).

Good Day Chef. I can't believe that you used Quark cheese, I love it. I was the Garde Manger at a French restaurant and we served Quark with our cured Salmon and quail egg in radicchio nest. Salmon was made with roasted celery and chervil. Salmon tasted good char grilled too. Farmers cheese here in Amish Land Pennsylvania is a sliced semisoft yogurt based cheese. Quark, so cool. Have a Blessed and Delicious Day. ✌💘🌷🌷🌷

Hi! Quark cheese is super popular in Eastern Europe! They use if for desserts, pancakes, savory dishes, etc. Salmon with quark and quail egg sounds soo delicious! I would have loved to try that! Thanks for sharing!

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef, The Quark cheese I remember had a unique texture. A little sour cream, creme fresh and Ricotta but smooth. It was more the memory of the job and the friends that the Quark brought back. Great French place in Chatham NY. The cheese did it 😀. Also curious to know if the dough for this dish would be nice for crescent 🌙 dinner rolls. Thanks for a happy memory of 32yrs ago. Have a Blessed, Beautiful and Delicious Day, Ciao Bella Amica 🌷🌷🌷

Tatyana I had made a comment on one of your other videos about how you pronounced something and I wasnt intending to be rude but I still feel bad about it. I wanted to say that b/c i feel like you might have taken it as it was. Im guessing you have tough skin as you probably deal with some crap being so well known and in public eye. I just wanted to say I admire how devoted and motivated you are doing all the cooking and baking you do then to add a cook book too !! I also notice you have a wide range of knowledge on many different cultures and I think thats another admirable quality I wish I had more of but Im thankful to get to experience things through your videos. Anyway I just haven't forgot about that one interaction with you and still felt like I needed to apologize. I find the littlest things (pronunciations) funny ... I learned that can happen from speaking more than one language, thanks to your reminder. Anyway.. I hope you have a great day!! Ohh also , I bake a lot of macarons and love that in your videos you give us piping tip numbers that you use and I really appreciate that !! 😁

Do you know, Miss Tatyana? I absolutely love smoked salmon so much, that usually have a best match with cheese or salad in a buffet meal. And this could get even better as a smoked salmon piroshki, not only have smoked salmon and cheese, but also the crispness from the pie.💖🐟🧀 It's important to tie up your hair, before doing/making any flour work.
