We love the Boulder chips. Found those a while back just visiting one of our favorite sandwich shops. They taste amazing and healthy to boot. Potatoes are not Glycemically correct for sugar levels. But if I am going to eat a few. This is top choice.

After seeing this video I knew I had to get the skinny dipped dark chocolate peanut butter cups on my next trip to Costco. They are really good!!! However when I looked them up on the Bobby approved app, it says they are NOT Bobby approved. Either way I’m still going to add them to my snack list because they are really good and are healthier than most snacks.

I LOVE those Skinny Dipped peanut butter cups. I limit myself to one a day because I cut out almost all sugar in my diet. I just got my first shipment from Thrive and was very disappointed that several of the things they sent, and I did not check the ingredients thoroughly, assuming they were okay, were NOT Bobby Approved. I couldn’t even check out the site without buying a membership! I have already decided to cancel after the year is up.

I have been talking about the pumpkin seeds. The sunflower ones are my fav, and wish Costco would sell it. The pumpkin ones are a good deal. They’re all on Amazon, along with other sprouted nuts and seeds. BE TEM.

Raw Cashews: spread on a cookie sheet, bake (roast) in 275 Degree oven. Stir with had every 10 minutes, somewhere between 30-40 minutes they will be lightly golden brown. Let them cool and you have fresh, non-salted cashews. Hint: same with the pumpkin seeds.

I rarely eat chips. Maybe three times a year. But when I do I want ruffles and don’t feel any guilt because I rarely eat potato chips. Ruffles are my favorite.
