Hey Paul! Thanks a bunch. The board is made by a company called WAGGI. Unfortunately, I don't know what their status is as a company. They aren't currently in stock on Amazon (which was their main US store) and their distributor doesn't have their info listed.

I’m assuming you didn’t use straight RCA type plugs on both sides of the cable for all runs?

You don’t use RCA plugs for guitar cables and patch cables. They use 1/4” TS plugs. The plugs in this kit are designed to be used straight or as right angle. The right angle operation just requires you to bend the cable into a channel machined into the connector.
