Hi Mo, thank you so much for the recipe. The crackers look yummy & healthy too. Btw can i replace einkorn flour as its difficult to buy from where I’m from plus, the flour is expensive too
The crackers look so delicious. I do want to try. However, I am a little confused where the sourdough discard comes from. I watched your sourdough starter recipe video. I don't think you discard any starter in the feeding process. I do see other sourdough starter recipes asking to weigh out 113g starter and discard the remaining. What's the best substitute if I don't have any sourdough starter? Thanks!

Make the starter, you will have enough to make sourdough and extra to make all the discard recipes
