Cinnamon rolls are great and all, but why not mix it up a bit next time? Try making this monkey bread, same great cinnamon sugar taste as a cinnamon roll with an extra brown sugar glaze. The best part? It comes in a dozens of bite size pieces, so its a great treat to share with friends and family, or graze on throughout the day in small portions.

Bundt Pan
Bench Scraper, Dough Cutter, or Knife
Mixing Bowl
Baking Sheet (Optional)
Dough:
320g Milk
2 Eggs
80g Butter
50g Sugar
2g Salt
565g Flour (Bread or All-Purpose)
Coating:
150g Melted Butter
200g Sugar + 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Pre-bake Glaze:
Leftover Melted Butter from Coating
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100g Brown Sugar
Icing:
120g Powdered Sugar
14g Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-4 tsp Milk until desired consistency
