Tatyana, I'm a decent baker at following directions and I love cinnamon rolls. Exploring the net I'm always looking for ease of baking/cooking with the most accessible ingredients. I've used another cinnamon roll recipe from another KZbin chef and it was a FAIL, and did not come together at all. I was at a loss...so I started searching again and watched your video more times than I dare tell. Then I decided to dive in and go for it. Let me say this, it has turned into one of the best experiences. Your ingredients helped me nail this recipe down to a spectacular end. I cut them with the dental floss and they turned out perfect. I'm in love with this recipe. I was able to mix, roll and cut with no problem. I didn't bake them after I cut them. I froze them for baking at will when I want one. They freeze and thaw to perfection for baking. I feel like a star baker in my own little kitchen. Thank you, thank you, thank you and your sister for an outstanding recipe. So happy to have found your channel.

Tatyana - I’ve made my old cinnamon roll recipe for years now and on a crazy whim I decided to try yours because your trick with the ‘secret ingredient’ intrigued me - holy cow, you changed my life!!!! I accidentally let them get a little too done on top but thanks to your amazing trick, they tasted incredible straight out of the oven and were even softer the next day and you couldn’t even tell one of the trays was practically BURNED, and the trays that were only a little overdone on top were absolutely PERFECT even the next day when normal rolls would’ve already gone stale, even if they had been perfectly baked. I’ve added your recipe to my box (which only happens when a recipe is Holy-Grail, no-fail, 100% tried and true). Thank you SO MUCH for being kind enough to share your secrets with us!!! 😍🥰❤

I love it. It’s so delicious. You must try it out. I did not use bread flour. I used all purpose flour instead but the bread still came out fluffy and soft. Thank you for sharing. Best luck to you in whatever you do.

If i were to make this recipe upside down, meaning i put the caramel and pecan in the bottom of the pan and flip it upside down instead of putting cream cheese on top, do you have measurements/recipe that i can use so the caramel and pecan turn out great? Would love to receive your suggestion in that! Thanks in advance

Hi! I think I saw your comment on Instagram? I've never made the caramel pecan version of this, but I would try it with my Homemade Caramel sauce.

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Ive been doing some research into the size of the pan. Your recipe indicates a "large casserole pan". The link to the pan you used shows a 17"x10"x2.5" lasagna pan. I have a 15"x10"x2" casserole pan. There's not too much difference in the sizes. But, when they rise, they might get too large for the pan I have. Will I have to make adjustments to the size of the rolls or will I be able to scrunch them all in my slightly smaller pan?
@TatyanasEverydayFood Жыл бұрын
@@sekereterra Hi! The smaller pan will work great, too! The rolls will turn out just slightly taller, so you may need to bake them for an extra minute or two. You can always check the doneness of the dough with a thermometer. Yeast dough is ready at 190F. Enjoy!

Hi! Regular, all-purpose flour will work great for this recipe, too! You can use regular cream, or a combination of cream and regular milk. Enjoy!

Hi what is the next ingredient after sugar 1:24 in the dough preparation. Thanks in advance
@iceice95344 жыл бұрын
@@millieways9228 Its the dry yeast.. If you talked about the one in between the sugar and the yeast - its the balance of sugar that left in the bowl if i'm not mistaken..:)
