Spaghetti squash is one of my favorites. I also make a Mediterranean filling too. Yum... other squashes are great too. ❤

I'm heading into the kitchen now to make a vegetarian version of this, integrating a veggie meatball recipe of mushrooms, chick peas, ricotta and breadcrumbs and a harissa paste in place of the tomato paste, since it's what I've got on hand. Thanks for the tips!!

Is this keto or low carb?
@ChefAnge8 ай бұрын
All depends on what you consider keto or low carb. It’s lower carb but not zero. Spaghetti squash is high in fiber but also has carbs.

Milk is one of the worst things you can consume from a health standpoint. Not only does it have pesticides and herbicides from the grains they feed the cows, it also has a boat load of hormones from the cows that ends up in your milk and your cheese and your ice cream. And the reason for these hormones is simple, cows have to be pregnant in order to produce milk. So all of these pregnancy growth hormones end up in your milk and your cheese in your ice cream etc. Growth hormones are only good for two times in your life. One is puberty and the other is when you're pregnant. All other times it's very dangerous to be adding growth hormones into your body because that's a good way to develop cancer. Additionally-
