Amazing dish! Excellent presentation. TIP: When the spaghetti squash is cut widthwise instead of lengthwise the “noodles” are long, luxurious and more spaghetti-like! I like the way you explain about 'cutting out' Brown bits in veg is okay and not wasteful. So many people would just throw the whole thing away. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 good job😊😊😊 don't waste good food😊😊😊😊

Well I have so many veggies in the garden I wanted to use some of them so I made this recipe! Spaghetti squash in the garden…zucchini… tomatoes…onions…peppers ( green bell peppers … and added some banana peppers. Instead of peas…. I have so many green beans so I substituted them. It turned out good but I probably won’t make it again. I give it a 6 out of ten!! Just fun using all my garden harvest to make it!!! Now I have to start wondering when my grapes will he ready???? Plus watermelon! It was fun putting it all together!!

I tried this Casserole but used cut up Cauliflower instead of the peas. I also add turkey sausage with the chicken. It was pretty tasty, thanks for the recipe ❤

Hi there, thanks for sharing this recipe, I never have enough squash recipes, I always save the seeds, I clean them up a bit, dry them out & save them to plant in my veggie garden, or toast some to eat. I love it even more by sharing my veggies with my neighbors, recently I made baked spaghetti squash, then I added my pre-cooked & chopped kielbasa that I browned just enough & added a special garlic/tomato type of sauce topped with grated cheese, it was yummy & mine really made sense. So, tell me how long did you have to bake your squash?

I love how the tulips match the casserole! That dish is art in a serving dish. I was thinking that feta cheese would be a wonderful ingredient to add to the casserole to give it some zip. Can't wait to give this recipe a go. Thank you for another great recipe!
