Great vid, I'm in America and got the identical car a while back. I was informed I should have got the S model but I went with the 2.7 base. My previous car was a 2010 Camero SS with 400 hp and torque. I was expecting this car to be slow in comparison but it's so much lighter that the differences are small. I am older and just wanted to own a porsche in my lifetime and I love it. I live in a rural area and some people here are put off at the sight and existence of this car though and it has attracted as much negative attention as positive. Oh well I'm happy with it.

Thanks so much for this. Porsche was never really on my radar as I’ve mostly only purchased American but have recently just gotten sick of the lack of choices in the Domestic market here. So, we ordered our first Porsche to spec in a 2024 Macan T (great experience) and I’ve been really thinking about a Cayman, especially after detailing a coworkers 07 Cayman S. I’m not a fan of all the tech in modern cars and I appreciate an analog existence with physical buttons and radios that only do radio things, lol. I daily a manual Pontiac Solstice (09 I ordered new and now has 220k) and love the idea of small nimble sports car for a daily regardless of what some people say. Your video helped squash concerns I had and really has me thinking about going out to test drive some 987.1s and hopefully adding to our newly found appreciation for Porsche. Thanks again and look forward to more as I’m now a subscriber. 😁
