Two questions please answer . 1 : You didnt pour the whole beaten egg for the tart dough right? 2 : When you bake the cheescake wont the tart crust burn? cus it seemed cooked before adding the cheescake.

I doesn’t burn because of the tray , and it’s not put in the oven as long after so it should most of the time not burn but if you think it will just don’t cook it for as long the first time!
