When a store say's fixed price they really mean it, it's fixed because they already discounted the price of the product according to their Lower profit margin, so that buyers cannot decrease the price lower than mentioned fixed price....but the store which doesn't mention's any fixed price at that store you can bargain as much as your bargain skills are...😅
