I can't get over how much your daughters look like a couple of your sisters. Cute. Hopefully this is a helpful hint: when you dip the chicken in the egg mixture, all I do is flip it front to back a couple of times until the chicken is coated... same with the flour and bread crumbs. Looks and sounds delicious. Hope all is going well with the new baby and pregnancy. God bless. 😅😅😅 You've come a long way in the kitchen since your wedding. Brava. Earlier I wasn’t feeling well, so I skipped dinner and laid down and had a nap. So I wake up, feeling better but it’s like 1am so I don’t want to eat this late. And I’m watching this and dreaming about crispy stuffed chicken. Funny thing is that I’m vegetarian 80% of the time and I don’t eat a lot of chicken, but this recipe is delicious. My Mom cooked this dish and she also did a stuffed pork chop and now I can’t stop thinking about chicken and pork chops. ❤❤❤

I'm so glad that you both had some time away together and were able to celebrate your anniversary with family other than your children. While children are certainly a blessing it is very important for 2 Christian parents to love and respect one another and for the children to see just how much Momma and Daddy DO love each other and this is vital for their security watching what they see their parents do for each other out of that love and respect. You need to recharge your batteries and spend adult time together so that that love doesn't diminish and die as so often happens due to the busyness of life! I SO very much wish that my children had that to remember now as they have grown up, but unfortunately it wasn't to be although I loved that man dearly and still pray for his Salvation almost 20 years later. I remember Erin all the "labour of love" meals I made over the years, and the washing up later on, but I did it because I loved my husband and children and wanted to show them that and making meals with love was one way I showed them and it was precious watching your little girls helping their Mumma cook but at one stage there I noticed that more bacon was going into the belly than the bowl! Someone loves bacon, but it IS hard not to partake when its right in front of you when you're a child and hungry too, but I loved watching you all. May God continue to bless you and your family and baby William Gage! All the best.

Just FYI: The caking agent added to shredded cheese is harmful to your gut. The reason why it hardens on asparagus or doesn’t melt completely is because of the chemicals. I stopped using it for my littles when I did some research. Congrats on a lovely dinner!😊

One question about the chicken recipe. I am a widow but still love to cook. How many chicken breasts did you use for your big family? I will divide up your recipe for One or two. Ha!! I know you have 5 kiddos and a husband so 7 people but maybe kids don’t eat that much.
