Whole food better than supplement, if possible. Omega 3 supplement very important. Vit D3, another important supplement. Get organic, there is no pesticides but also they have more bioactive. Such as one in strawberries, the organic has double. Also mentioned organic coffee as example

Funnely enough, swallowing a little dirt is very natural and has many benefits for the microbiome. Don't believe all the hygiene claims. Extreme hygiene will actually make you extremely sick. Many connections to allergies too.

Look into cold pressed organic linseed oil its very high in omega 3. Use it none cooked. Then there is Austrian steirisches pumpkin seed oil also very potent in omega 3 and good for the prostate. Both oil are in the main stream shadow of olive oil and can be very healthy.

I got so sick beeing vegan even though I ate really healthy. So Im doing more meditereanen now. Cause of all the amino acids vegan food is low in; glycine, taurine, carnitine, creatine, carnosine and choline. Do you supplement all of theese?

Gee Whiz, Dr Li! I've lived 85 years -- 51 as a macrobiotic vegan, and don't need taurine or any animal derivative period. Crying😢: why don't nonvegan nutritionists ever mention animal suffering!

We already knew about putting mushrooms on sunny windowsills. That’s a good one. But i dont like mushrooms, although they say shiitake mushrooms are good for m.e. I dont eat tomatoes anymore. It’s also such a shame we aren’t doing enough world wide to put our soils micro biome right before we cant grow crops anymore, and how can we say ANYTHING is now organic, when its chemtrailed.

Mushrooms at a window, does it have to be direct sunlight, or can mushrooms absorb UV rays though glass?

He says put the mushroom slices at a sunny window to let the UV make more vitamin D in them. UV does not pass through window glass, so why does he not know that?

Yes it does. Studies on people with sun damage to the skin who are sitting by a window, especially the damage that occurs on the left side of your face while driving.
@KasKade7
@KasKade7 5 ай бұрын
@@karenartis4472 Wrong. That's UVA damage passing trough glass. UVB is the wavelength that makes you get a tan and Vit.D. Most windows block like 95%+ UVB. To get alot of Vit.D into your mushrooms. You really want to get them outside in the sun....

Excellent info - thank you. Ive been an organic and bio-dynamic food fan since the 1990's. You dont have to be a scientist to understand that plants grown in soil with the right microbes, nutrients and naturally will product better quality food. If it's NOT in the soil its NOT in the plant! Modern farming not only uses pesticides but fungicides, bactericides, germination stimulants, growth stimulants, herbicides - the list goes on and on. There are all IN the grown foods - no wonder people are sick today. 🦘
