Gave the tactic a go. Incredible amount of shots and very entertaining to watch. Reached 42 in one game. Average is far over 20. However I had to change the defensive width and line to normal and high, as every team with one fast wideplayer would scoore a hatrick. I do also pick up alot of cards, most inn the Prem.

I am at Norwich City, 2019/20, with the squad that came up, + a couple of lower league signings, I used this tactic for a while with mediocre success, I am now using 4-1-4-1- DM wide, with amazing success, we are 5th, P25 W13 D8 L4 F37 A16 PTS47, currently won 8 on the bounce, scored 13 against 1, beating Chelski twice, and Spurs, Arsenal, Brighton, Billa , Sheff U, and Newcastle. If during the mid point of the 2nd half, we are leading, by 1 or 2, I will bring my IF's back to LM & RM, and my AM to a CM, to see the game out.

Good tactic works with Norwich, tried with Brighton and was no good as they don't have the players to do this,some people need to understand this.

I regularly won up to 7 trophies a season on fm 2004, using 4-3-3, 4-4-2 diamond, 5-4-1, or 4-5-1, no special tactics, just keeping fitness and skill level up, struggling on 2020 though, i find the game is over detailed, playing online with my nephew, we started on a Tuesday, and by the following Saturday we had played 9 league games, (playing from 2pm to 1am on average)

Very similar to a Knapp's tactics no surprise you won everything. Extremely wide with short passing doesn't make much sense but as long as it brakes the ME and wins makes it a proved tactic. Knapp has IWBs with overlap instructions in his tactics it doesn't make sense at all but triggers something in the ME in your favor.

Thanks for the guide. One problem I had and I’m sure many newbies would have is not leaving blank instructions. I try to be as tactical as possible and fill out all the instructions and that often leads to losses.

Tactic for home or awaj it is right for away you must have so much def and support role ..firsty if you playing against better team..first look roles from player and your wish do you lose draw or winnig..ofcourse and opponet..remember only conect in FM ,if you have alogical piesce of game you not have result..it is roles dutys player attributes

Hello! Great tactic, I'm getting some good results (W 3-0 home, W 2-1 away and another W 3-0 home playing in Romanian 2nd tier) after a 7 games winless streak. However, I got a little bit confused with individual marking. Did your Fullbacks mark certain positions, players or no marking at all?

Counter attacks happen but should be dealt with ok if your CBS are good and fast. As for your striker I’m not sure why he’s not scoring, could be a number of factors. I’d he having plenty of shots (getting good service) shoot more often etc

just keep playing the same players at the same positions. I think it takes around 10-15 games (not sure, might take more). But you need to ensure that you get positive results i.e. win games. Losing games creates bad relationships and will in turn affect the performance of the player and, in turn, the team. Hope that helps.
