Great short teaching moment. I tend to over-spray, but like you said, wipe it down. You really have to do that on large 4x4 tires. Keep up this format! Great job overall.

I love this style applicator pad for tire dressing. I bought a generic version of this from eBay for $2.50. Quality appears good and it has been working really well for me. They have a mini version which I'm thinking about buying, for $2-3, you can't go wrong. I love Adam's products but I believe this hex tire dressing applicator pad is about $6-8, which is way too expensive for a piece of foam.

I use dedicated tire drying microfiber towels that I only use to dry wheels then use for knocking down the dressing on the tires.

I prefer the curved tyre applicators especially on a lower profile tyre.

I honestly don’t use tire shine because of this reason. I was going to buy that 12 pack of those blue/black applicators that has a curve to it to conform to the contour of the tires. But now with video I don’t have to think so hard about what product tones anymore. This is Immaculate Auto Spa btw

yeah for the trucks its best to use a swabby tire applicator but they're expensive

How do you clean the applicator pad ? Sometimes when I apply tire dressing I’m seeing browning along with the tire shine

You should try chemical guy's bare bones dressing. The best stuff on the planet for rubber and wheel wells! Lasts extremely long!
